Bemo Rail also supplies a very high-quality two-component epoxy grout, that can be used for grouting rail constructions and gluing-in anchor bolts. The material is suitable for grouting heights between 20 and 80 mm and processing must take place under dry conditions.

The compressive strength of 90 N/mm² is reached after 28 days. Depending on the hardening temperature, the material can already be loaded after 48 hours.

For gluing-in anchor bolts Bemo Rail supplies a non-shrinkable cement-based mortar with a grain structure of 0-0.3 mm. This material can also be processed under moist conditions.

The compressive strength of 70 N/mm² is reached after 28 days. Depending on the temperature, the material can already be loaded after 24 hours.
