Visit by official and alderman of municipality of Schagen
August 13, 2024Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming two enthusiastic employees from the Municipality of Schagen to Bemo Rail.
Business Liaison Officer Erik de Groot visited us in Warmenhuizen, along with his colleague Simco Kruijer, Alderman for Housing, Spatial Planning, and Economy.
A glimpse into our company
We provided them with a comprehensive insight into our company, during which our collegues Teun and Bas Druijf had the opportunity to thoroughly explain our work and ongoing projects.
Also, we discussed our international franchise method as it is applied within our company.
During the visit, important municipal topics such as accessibility and grid congestion were also addressed, along with potential solutions for these issues.
At more and more times of the day, we want to transport more electricity than our grid can handle. This leads to grid overload (traffic jams on the power grid).
The tour we provided through our company was a great opportunity to showcase our daily work and processes in action and to exchange thoughts on the progress and future of our company.
It was particularly inspiring to share our vision and expertise in our niche sector with them.
