Participation Repica Fair 2026 port logistics Latin America
September 7, 2026From 7 to 11 September, REPICA 2026 will take place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
REPICA brings together representatives from the port and maritime sectors across Central America and the Caribbean. Key topics include port development, logistics, regional connectivity, and sustainable and future-proof infrastructure.
We will be attending the event this week, represented by our colleagues Bas Druijf and Adriaan Nagtegaal.
Bemo Rail at the Netherlands Pavilion
During REPICA, Bemo Rail will be part of the Dutch delegation and can be found at the Netherlands Pavilion at the Crowne Plaza in Santo Domingo from Tuesday, 8 September. The Dutch participation is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Dominican Republic.
On Wednesday, 9 September, B2B matchmaking meetings will also take place with companies and organisations from across the region. For Bas and Adriaan, REPICA provides an excellent opportunity to reconnect with existing relations, establish new contacts, and discuss the role of rail solutions in ports and industrial terminals.
Together with Wequips in Latin America
Our presence at REPICA is closely connected to our partnership with Wequips, which represents Bemo Rail in Latin America. Wiger Franke, Executive Director of Wequips, will also be attending REPICA, joining Bas and Adriaan in meeting existing relations and potential partners from across the region.
By combining Wequips’ local market knowledge and network with Bemo Rail’s specialist expertise, we can support customers in Latin America with rail infrastructure challenges and rail-based solutions for ports and industrial terminals.
