Multifunctional ZPMC Maintenance Platform Ship to Shore Cranes

These photos capture Bemo Rail’s brand-new maintenance platform, taken just after the weld inspection and before coating. The robust steel structure is specially engineered for the maintenance, inspection, and replacement of trolley rails on ZPMC Ship-to-Shore cranes.

Fully designed and manufactured in-house at our Warmenhuizen workshop for one of our international clients, the platform is equipped with a hydraulic drive and remote control, enabling it to be fully operational within only three hours!

• Welds fully certified and approved
• Safe working area with CE marking
• Can be lifted using a machine house crane or mobile crane
• Supplied in a standard sea container for easy transport

The platform is ideal for trolley rail maintenance, inspections, blasting and coating work, as well as replacing short rail end pieces or clip and shim materials.
